The lithium-Ion business segment operates under the EAS brand and provides cells and systems based on safe and proven LFP chemistry. The adopted cylindrical cells technology and the modular-based packing approach of the battery and systems allows EAS to maintain its attractive product range of High Power (HP) batteries for selected industries such as:

REMINDER!

With reference to the adopted decision of the General Assembly of Shareholders of MONBAT AD, held on 29.06.2023, for distribution of dividends, on 21.07.2023 the Board of Directors on its session, approved the following conditions for payments of the dividend based on the established overall amount of BGN 4 000 000

1. Gross amount of the dividend per one share – BGN 0.10263;

2. Net amount of the dividend per one share – BGN 0.0975 for shareholders – physical persons;

3. Number of shares with dividend rights 38 973 000

4. Commercial bank, chosen to pay the dividends – Unicredit Bulbank AD;

5. Method of payment of the dividend: To the shareholders, whose securities accounts are under Register A of the Central Depository /personal accounts/, the dividends will be paid through the branches of  Unicredit Bulbank AD. To the shareholders, whose securities accounts are under Register B of the Central Depository/clients’ sub-accounts with the investment intermediary/, the dividends will be paid through the respective investment intermediary with the cooperation of Central Depository.

6. Initial date for payment of the dividend – 14.08.2023;

7. Final date for payment of the dividend – 14.02.2024;

8. In accordance with the requirements of Ordinance № 8, the shareholders entitled to a dividend should be informed that the bank account in the bank with which a contract for payment of the dividend has been concluded for shareholders with personal accounts will be active (open) for 6 (six) months, as each shareholder after current legitimation will be able to receive the dividend.

9. After expiration of the final date for payment of the dividend, within the 5-year period of prescription, all shareholders who/which had not receives their dividends for the year 2022 will have the right to receive their dividends from the company or through bank remittance after an explicit request, addressed to the company at its address of administration – 32A Cherni Vrah Blvd., floor 4, 1407 Sofia or to fax: + 359 2 9804881. Dividends which have not been received and have not been asked for after expiration of the 5-year period of prescription shall be taken in the company’s Reserve Fund.

10. The Board of Directors of the company assigns the Executive Director of MONBAT AD to sign the contract with Unicredit Bulbank AD and Central Depository AD regarding the distribution of dividends to the shareholders
