Today’s challenge revolves around the need to build trust that Bulgarians are capable of being global leaders. The world is now so defragmented that companies are no longer categorized by their location – whether they are German or Bulgarian – but rather whether they are successful or not, innovative or backward-looking.
Monbat’s expansion also has an internal dimension – with new facilities planned for Vratsa, Bulgaria, enlargement of existing production and more people joining the team.
