The lithium-Ion business segment operates under the EAS brand and provides cells and systems based on safe and proven LFP chemistry. The adopted cylindrical cells technology and the modular-based packing approach of the battery and systems allows EAS to maintain its attractive product range of High Power (HP) batteries for selected industries such as:

Division Stationary Batteries at Monbat expands its presence in the MEA market during Middle East Energy Dubai

Between March 3rd – 5th 2020 Monbat showcases its stationary products during the Middle East Energy fair in Dubai. By participating in the exhibition, the Economic Group strengthens its foothold in traditional Middle East and African markets and receives positive feedback for expanding to new markets in East and North Africa.

During the event Monbat signed agreements for the delivery of batteries for one of the biggest newly constructed hospitals in Saudi Arabia as well as an energy storage system with 1MW batteries power in Pakistan.

This year Monbat emphasizes the future development of batteries’ solutions as energy sources in different industries.

We focus on our products that are designed to answer the needs of the MEA market. They are suitable for implementation with new energy sources and operation in higher environment temperature, shares Bozhidar Nekeziev, Sales Director Reserved Power Division at Monbat.

The fair welcomes more than 1200 exhibitors and 48 000 visitors, among them business partners, clients and industry professionals. This year Middle East Energy 2020 focuses on reducing energy waste by presenting different innovative solutions for micro grids and smart infrastructure. The solutions are based on different innovative energy storage technologies such as supercapacitors and bi-polar batteries.
