First General Meeting of the Bondholders of Monbat AD

Dear Investors,
With regard to the first General Meeting of the Bondholders of MONBAT AD, held on 15.02.2018, we would like to announce the following important resolutions approved by the bondholders, namely:
1. The General Meeting of the bondholders approved a decision:
- The bondholders of Monbat AD, holding convertible bonds with ISIN code BG2100023170 to be represented by a single representative;
- Elects Investment Intermediary DV Invest EAD, UIC 130999800, represented by Krasimir Dimitrov Petkov, to act as a representative of the bondholders of Monbat AD, holding convertible bonds, with ISIN code BG2100023170.
2. The General Meeting of the bondholders has decided for setting remuneration to the representative of the bondholders to the amount of BGN 1000 / one thousand / per month.
