Following the information disclosed on 15.05.2019 and on 12.07.2019 regarding actions undertaken by Monbat AD for collection of matured receivables from Octagon International OOD and Octa Light Bulgaria EAD, as well as following the Memorandum of Understanding, concluded by and between Monbat AD, the debtor companies and third parties, the debt from Octagon International OOD has been settled by the transfer of assets, property of the investor, who is interested in acquiring participation in the capital of Octa Light Bulgaria EAD. With the settlement of the obligations of Octagon International ODD, the steps of the Memorandum of Understanding where Monbat is counterparty have been concluded with which the exit from the investment in the led lighting business segment of Monbat Group has been completed.
