We would like to inform you hereby that at a Session held on 10.09.2015 the Board of Directors of MONBAT AD passed the following resolution:

Releases Eugen Georg Peterhans as Executive member of the Board of Directors of MONBAT AD due to the health reasons and elects Atanas Stoilov Bobokov to be the Executive member of the Board of Directors of MONBAT AD.
The above resolution has not yet been entered in the Commercial Register to the Registry Agency.
