Regarding the announcement of the Individual Annual Audited Financial statements of Monbat ad as of 31.12.2012., published on 08.04.2013 hereby we would like to inform you on the following:

In the annual financial report of the company – chapter 34. Related partiestransaction, section 34.2 ‘Transactions with subsidiaries’ has been identifieda technical mistake related to disclosure data for START AD, where thepresented data is repeating the one for Prista Oil EAD.
In the enclosed letter is presented the accurate disclosure data of Start AD.
Thissupplement is reviewed and agreed with Monbat auditor
