We would like to announce herewith that in October, 2013 Monbat Plc has bought back 315 company’s own shares (treasury shares) at the average price of BGN 7.09 per share. In October, 2013 Monbat Plc has sold 1 196 418 company’s own shares (treasury shares) at the average price of BGN 6.403 per share.

The total number of the own shares (treasury shares) hold by the company by 31.10.2013 is 1 045 713 shares or 2.68 % of the court registered capital of Monbat AD at the average price of 5.80 BGN per share.
