The lithium-Ion business segment operates under the EAS brand and provides cells and systems based on safe and proven LFP chemistry. The adopted cylindrical cells technology and the modular-based packing approach of the battery and systems allows EAS to maintain its attractive product range of High Power (HP) batteries for selected industries such as:

Monbat announces a new Executive Member

We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Monbat AD decided to be appointed a new Executive Member and legal representative of Monbat.

The Board of Directors of Monbat undertakes that the Management Agreement concluded with the current Executive Director Chavdar Danev has expired on 30.07.2021.

The Board of Directors of Monbat gives a positive assessment of the work of Chavdar Danev in his capacity as of Executive Member.

The Board of Directors adopts the principle of mandate and rotation as of basic for the Executive Member election.

The Board of Directors is aware with the program and priorities for the company development presented by Viktor Spiriev as a potential candidate for Executive member.

Guided by the principle of mandate and rotation for the Executive Member election, as well as considering the presented program and priorities, the Board of Directors appoints as a new Executive Member of Monbat Viktor Spiriev, former Chief Financial Officer.
