“National career days” in Varna, Gabrovo and Russe with the participation of START AD

Corporate

Successful realization is a midpoint between expectations and professional reality

This March Start AD took part in career events at the Technical University of Varna / 19th March/, Technical University of Gabrovo /21th March/, and Angel Kanchev University of Ruse /28th March/. During the direct contact with over 2500 visitors from the universities participating in the initiative, our team initiated intensive discussions focusing on finding out what is important for the future professionals when choosing an employer and how can a batteries production company be attractive and interesting to the students. Different opportunities for professional development in a dynamic economic group, active on the international markets were presented.

“We are glad that young people from different engineering majors have shown interest in our company and that they and have expressed a desire to get to know the working process, as well as the production facilities,” said Diana Toncheva, HR Manager at Start AD.
