We would like to announce herewith that on 25 July 2023 under the buy-back programme, Monbat AD has bought back 2 545 company’s own shares (treasury shares) at the average price of BGN 4,471269 per share.
The total number of the own shares (treasury shares) hold by the company by 25.07.2023 is 29 545 shares or 0,076 % of voting rights of Monbat AD.
