The lithium-Ion business segment operates under the EAS brand and provides cells and systems based on safe and proven LFP chemistry. The adopted cylindrical cells technology and the modular-based packing approach of the battery and systems allows EAS to maintain its attractive product range of High Power (HP) batteries for selected industries such as:

STC (Monbat Group) and ACE Green Recycling Announced a Partnership for Battery Recycling Equipment Supply

Corporate

STC, part of Monbat Group, recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ACE Green Recycling, an integrated technology and supply chain platform for battery materials. Through the new strategic collaboration, STC will construct battery recycling facilities, integrating STC’s proprietary technologies with ACE’s zero Scope 1 emissions technologies for lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries. STC and ACE will also explore opportunities for licensing and co-marketing their battery recycling technologies.

The partnership is in line with Monbat Group’s overall strategy for a vertically integrated business model that covers the entire supply chain – from the extraction of the raw materials for recycling, through the logistic processes for supply to the recycling facilities, the recycling process itself (lead and lead alloys and polypropylene), to the production and sale of batteries on the market.

ACE, which has dual headquarters in Singapore and the United States, has developed a portfolio of proprietary, Scope 1 emissions-free technologies to recycle lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries to extract critical battery materials. Its proprietary hydrometallurgical technology is powered exclusively by electricity, emits zero greenhouse gases and has market-leading recovery yields.
