We would like to inform hereby that on 24.04.2018 the Board of Directors of Monbat AD approved a resolution for an incorporation of a new company “Monbat Batterien” GmbH, incorporated under the laws of the Austrian Republic with the following specifications:

1. Registered Office: Alser Straße 25/7, A-1080 Wien

2. Founder and sole owner: MONBAT AD

3. Registered capital: EUR 50.000, fully paid;

4. Corporate Activities: commercial and engineering activities with batteries and oil products and components; internal and external trade; disclosure of storage and storage network in the country of distribution for batteries and oil products and components; commercial agency and intermediation of foreign companies in Austria; performance of any business activity uninterrupted by law.
