We would like to announce herewith that in November, 2013 Monbat Plc has not bought back has not sold company’s own shares (treasury shares).

The total number of the own shares (treasury shares) hold by the company by 30.11.2013 is 1 045 713 shares or 2.68 % of the court registered capital of Monbat AD at the average price of 5.80 BGN per share.
