Monbat AD represented at the IR magazine Think Tank – Europe 2018

On 28.06.2018, prestigious globally published IR Magazine, held the annual edition of the discussion forum “Think Tank – Europe 2018” in London. Over 80 IR Directors from major European companies attended the forum.
Daniela Peeva – IR Director of Monbat AD took part as a panelist in one of the discussions: “Maximizing management’s time: IR’s Internal role”. A representative of a Bulgarian listed company had the opportunity for the first time in the history of the forum to express an opinion on the matters regarding the cooperation between the IR director and the management of company, the added value of the position “investor relations” for the participants on the capital market in Bulgaria and the company, as well as the role of IR Directors in increasing transparency levels and improving the company image.
Daniela Peeva presented the good communication practices of Monbat AD with investors and stakeholders.
We use the opportunity to remind that in April 2018, Monbat AD was among the five European companies nominated for the IR Magazine award. IR Magazine recognized Monbat for best overall performance in investor relations for a small cap company in Europe whose market cap is under (EUR) 250 million.
